What to send
For a price correction, include the country, the item and the supplier price you found. For a missing region, tell us the standard panel width and post spacing used locally. For a bug, describe the length and spacing you entered and what you expected to see.
Response time
Messages are read in the order they arrive and usually answered within two working days. We do not run a support line for individual builds: for structural or legal questions, speak to a local builder or your council.
